Athletes

Athletes are paired with coaches from different organizations and schools and undergo tough training sessions to grow and become better competitors in their respective sport.

Personal Trainers

Personal trainers are available for individuals looking to build a 1-on-1 connection in order to gain results. They offer personalized routines such as diets and exercises. Prices for these services vary.

Gym Classes

In person classes hosted by personal trainers, consisting of Conditioning, HIIT, Aerobics, Zumba, etc. Classes are available in the morning, afternoon, and evening Monday thru Friday.

Online Workouts

Whether you’re in the comfort of your own home, or on the go with friends, there are online classes available on the website for free. Access is available to anyone who is a member of the gym.
